Overview:
The Temporary Activity Visa (Subclass 408) allows visa applicants to temporarily visit Australia for various purposes, including:
- Engaging in entertainment activities.
- Participating in activities or events invited by Australian organizations.
- Observing or participating in Australian research projects.
- Engaging in skill-related work under staff exchange agreements.
- Participating in high-level sports competitions or training programs.
- Engaging in approved special programs.
- Undertaking full-time religious work.
- Employed as a superyacht crew member.
- Participating in government-approved activities.
This visa requires sponsorship in certain cases, such as staying in Australia for more than 3 months or applying within Australia. It does not require nomination.
