Requirements:

The intended spouse must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen.

 

Validity:

 

• The visa is valid for 9 months.
• It cannot be extended, and if you do not marry within this period but plan to marry in the future, you will not be granted a new 300 visa.
